Spa Etiquette

To ensure that every spa experience is enjoyable, your service(s) will be condensed should lateness be a concern. Should you need to cancel or change your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Multiple service reservations require 48 hours notice. Failure to notify or arrive for your scheduled service will result in a full charge of your service and/or surrendering of your gift certificate. Unattended complimentary consultations will require a full deposit to rebook a consultation. Please note gift certificates are non-refundable. Prices are subject to change without notice.
